1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or participating in [Your Online Course Name] (hereinafter referred to as "the Course"), you ("User" or "Participant") agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or participate in the Course.

2. License Grant

Mr. Hector Berrebi ("we," "us," or "our") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course materials strictly in accordance with this EULA.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to videos, recordings, written materials, and any supplementary content (collectively, "Course Materials"), is the intellectual property of Mr. Hector Berrebi.

• Restrictions: You agree not to copy, reproduce, redistribute, share, broadcast, modify, or create derivative works of the Course Materials in any form without prior written consent from Mr. Hector Berrebi.
• Attribution: Any authorized use of the Course Materials must include proper attribution and credit to Mr. Hector Berrebi.

4. Access to Recordings

• Duration: Registered users will have access to the Course recordings hosted on our Zoom.us server for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of enrollment.
• Notice of Deletion: In the event that the recordings need to be deleted for any reason, we will provide a thirty (30) day notice to all registered users via email to allow completion of any necessary viewings.

5. Downloadable Files

For users who purchase downloadable versions of the Course recordings:

• Usage: The downloaded files are for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Prohibited Actions: You are expressly prohibited from piracy, redistribution, screening, sharing, broadcasting, uploading to any platform, or any form of unauthorized dissemination of the downloaded files.
• Intellectual Property Compliance: All standard intellectual property laws apply. Unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.

6. Enforcement

Any violation of this EULA may result in immediate termination of access to the Course Materials without refund. We reserve the right to take legal action to enforce our intellectual property rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Course Materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Course Materials are error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mr. Hector Berrebi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Course Materials.

9. Governing Law
